President of LMR Associates, Lana M. Ruffins is a distinguished teacher, corporate trainer, television host, and highly sought keynote speaker. As a result of over twenty years of experience in managing and motivating people, Lana brings a wealth of practical knowledge and understanding to her consulting and customized seminars.

Lana was employed by Pacific Bell in Los Angeles as a trainer at the Executive Communications Center. Shortly after joining the staff, she negotiated the two largest and most successful training contracts in the history of the company.

In 1991, Lana left Pacific Bell to found LMR Associates (Learning, Motivation, and Results). She specializes in creating customized training programs for her clientele, and her experience and energy provide immediate payback of the training investment. Today, LMR Associates is among the most successful training companies in the industry, counting among its clientele some of the largest Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses.

Lana delivers powerful seminars and workshops, allowing participants to move from a vague awareness of their behaviors to the formation and application of highly successful strategies to manage themselves and motivate their performance. She teaches in a practical, results-oriented style that has won over thousands of students, from entry level employees to Fortune 500 executives.

Lana is in constant demand as a featured keynote speaker, and has co-hosted segments of the cable television show "Living Your Dreams" with motivational speaker Les Brown. She obtained her Master of Arts Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
